ValHR is built for European teams. We process personal data under GDPR, provide a privacy policy with your rights as a data subject, and use cookie consent on this website. Customers remain the data controller for employee HR data in the platform.

Yes. HR administrators, managers, and employees each get role-based access. Managers can approve leave and view schedules; employees can submit requests and see their own records.
