The service

ValHR provides software for employee records, scheduling, leave management, onboarding, and related HR workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account settings.

Your data

You retain ownership of the HR and employee data you submit to ValHR. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and manage employee information in the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to access another customer's data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law

Intellectual property

ValHR, including its software, branding, and website content, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials beyond normal use of the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.ValHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data export options we provide.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
